I’m learn about Personas from 100 Days of Product Design by Susan K Rits (https://100days.design), my understanding of personas is characteristics, wants and goals user. Persona is representation of real people, based on a lot of collected data. Personas can influence design because can to clarify who we’re designing and building for, and why.
